Glazing Vision staff will be running the Cambridge Half Marathon on Sunday 5th March 2023 in order to raise money for CRASH, the charity that helps homelessness and hospice organisations with their construction projects – creating places that care for people when they’re at their most vulnerable.
Glazing Vision have been patrons of the charity for over a year now, and we wanted to do something to raise funds to help CRASH support homelessness charities and hospices with vital construction projects.
CRASH unites the industry and channels the expertise and products of companies, to transform hostels and day centres for homeless people across the UK. CRASH also helps children and adults who need end of life care in a hospice, by creating caring environments where families can spend precious time together.
The 13.1 mile course will take runners past a number of historic landmarks, into beautiful Cambridgeshire countryside and into the grounds of two iconic Colleges. For a few staff members this will be the furthest they have ever run!
