This week marks National Apprenticeships Week which aims to bring together businesses and apprentices across the country to shine a light on the positive impact that apprenticeships make to individuals, businesses and the wider economy.

Apprenticeships are very important to us here at Glazing Vision, and we currently have 3 apprentices working with us in partnership with West Suffolk College; Philip in IT, Welderer, Charlie, and Digital Marketer, Matt.

“Injecting youthful talent into the company has added a whole new dimension to our workplace, bringing with it a fresh perspective and new ideas. This in turn can excite our existing employees and spark a boost in overall business productivity.” – Mick Placzek, HR Manager at Glazing Vision

“We are helping shape future careers, lives and the engineering industry. Apprentices are also helping us with new ideas and keeping up with the latest generations use of tech! Everyone deserves help and guidance when it comes to starting their careers, and we should all do our bit to help the younger generations. I never had guidance at tjhe beginning of my career and I see it as my duty to help young adults flourish in their chosen profession.” – Jon Shooter, Group Managing Director at Glazing Vision.
