This RIBA approved CPD will cover the different classifications of glass, and the tests involved for non-fragility as defined in the Advisory Committee for Roof Safety’s (ACR) Red Book (ACR[M]001), which references test guidelines for glass rooflights by the Centre for Window and Cladding Technology). Glazing Vision’s Technical Director, Jeremy Dunn, personally oversees all of our CPD content and with over 30 years of glass rooflight experience, he is in a great place to provide you with the information you need to excel your project or further your industry expertise.

Jeremy trained as a Mechanical Engineer and has extensive experience in architectural glazing. He currently holds the position of Chairman of the Technical Sub-committee for glass rooflights within The Rooflight Association and represents the association at Eurolux, the European Trade Association for rooflight manufacturers. He also currently chairs the BSI Committee B/542/8 which is the mirror committee for CEN/TC128/SC9/WG2 where he represents BSI/UK, and is currently one of tw. representatives for the rooflight industry on the CPR Aquis Sub-group 4 at the European Commission.
